At VampireFreaks, we want you to be thrilled with your dark aesthetic, so if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

Package Your Gear

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated mail carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
